The first edition of MANIFESTO Fair, titled “FLAIR IN FOCUS,” took the creative practices of fashion, furniture, and contemporary lifestyle as its point of departure. Bringing together international and local brands, designers, artists, and independent publishers, the fair explored the diverse relationships between design, art, craftsmanship, and commerce.
Scaffolding served as the exhibition’s central spatial language. Its adaptable industrial structure connected brand presentations, iconic furniture, art installations, a design library, workshops, and culinary experiences. Working with their own materials, techniques, and modes of expression, participating creatives maintained their distinct identities while collectively shaping an open and continuously evolving design environment.
MANIFESTO Fair thus became a shared canvas for creation—bringing established brands into dialogue with emerging voices, moving design beyond the display of objects and into the lived contexts of culture, everyday life, and exchange, while offering a platform for overlooked creative practices to be seen, heard, and carried forward.
