AUDO GUEST CAMPAIGN Qingcheng Mountain in Sichuan has been a cradle of Taoism for over a thousand years. Streams wind through ancient forests, while morning mist drifts lightly across the valleys. Beyond the mountain gate, pine scented breezes pass by, and the clear resonance of Taoist nature quietly unfolds. Amid this landscape, a guest from Northern Europe arrives... Danish design brand Audo Copenhagen joins hands with Su Xian Gu Hotel, Qingcheng Mountain to present A Journey into the Mountains. From 7 December 2025 to 7 February 2026, guests are invited to experience a series of collaborative suites at Su Xian Gu Hotel, where Scandinavian aesthetics meet the poetic atmosphere of the East. As the saying goes, kindred spirits feel close even when separated by great distances. Audo has travelled far—not simply as a visitor, but as a kindred spirit seeking resonance in the landscapes of the East. Through an encounter between Nordic design and Eastern aesthetics—from acquaintance to understanding, and ultimately to harmony—a new and balanced retreat takes shape, offering a tangible expression of Audo’s community spirit across cultures and geographies.

Audo and SuXianGu co-created themed guest rooms defined by quiet, minimalist design. Signature pieces, including the Knitting Chair, Androgyne Collection & Hashira Collection, are tailored to the space, creating a subtle dialogue with the landscape of Qingcheng Mountain.

Audo extended the experience beyond the guest rooms with a curated gift shop featuring home accessories, fragrances and vases. Signature pieces such as the Seal Lounge Chair and Oda Lounge Chair were also introduced into the tea room and lounge, creating relaxed social spaces where design, objects and hospitality come together.

Audo's furniture, lighting and accessories blend naturally with Su Xian Gu's landscape, shaping serene spaces for dining, gathering and retreat. Guided by a minimalist approach that lets materials and function speak for themselves, the experience reflects a quiet harmony between design and nature.

To translate the concept into a more intimate sensory experience, the programme featured a series of immersive workshops — from guided meditation and mountain walks to wild tea rituals and incense making. Each activity invited guests to reconnect with nature, engage their senses and experience the landscape from within.
